What is your return policy for defective items?
If your appliance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Do all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty?

Will you haul away my old appliance?
